Having walked through the depths of personal darkness, dysfunction, addiction, betrayal and abuse, I intimately understand the searing pain these injuries leave. The sleepless nights, the questions that haunt, the foundation of trust shattered - I've lived it. And through my own journey of healing, I've discovered that even our deepest wounds can become wellsprings of transformation.
My path led me not just through recovery, but to a calling. Today, I blend my lived experience with extensive professional training, including certifications from PCCI, the Professional Christian Coaching Institute, Partners Recovery and Betrayal Trauma Training offered by the American Association of Sexual Addiction Therapy, and the Relational Spirituality Academy. This unique combination of personal wisdom and professional expertise allows me to walk alongside you with genuine empathy and skilled guidance.
